The Winery Exchange kicked off the holiday season with their annual gathering of 180 guests.  We were so happy to help them plan, coordinate and decorate the Presidio’s Observation Post for this fun dinner and dance party.

People often ask what do we do for our clients?  While every event is different (and we treat it that way!), our customary service includes:  finding a venue for your party, or evaluating the one you have to see how it best suits your event; meet with you to design the decor and theme; recommend caterers, DJ’s, music, and any of your other needs for the event; coordinate the night with the caterer, DJ, lighting vendors, etc.; suggest and find entertainment (we had a fortune teller at this one!);  help design the menu and flow of the night; provide budgets and timelines so you know exactly what to expect; customize your decor from the napkins to the flowers to the lighting and beyond; set it all up and make sure that everything is seamlessly in place.  Ultimately, we make sure that your party looks great, is comfortable for your guests, and you have a great time.

Here is how our set up for this event unfolded.  Enjoy the details, and Happy Holidays!

SF Presidio’s Observation Post

Transformed!

To get to that transformation, we brought in lighting, paper lanterns in burgundy and gold, tables and chairs, and coordinating linens in silver and burgundy.  We wanted a warm wintery feel to this room overlooking the Golden Gate Bridge.  Special touches such as extra large mercury glass votives, and napkins folded to contain the silverware made for a modern and warm atmosphere.  The long, long tables with glowing candles were perfect for this room.

Guests arrived to enjoy great food, ample drink, fun photos and a fortune teller!
