It’s almost barbeque time again!  This drink combination will be a winning cocktail paired with just about anything, but I’m especially thinking pulled pork, spicy shrimp, or ribs.  And the straw means you can sip and not get barbecue sauce all over the cute jelly jar glass.

Ingredients
1 cup of fresh or frozen raspberries
4 bottles of Corona (12oz) beer, chilled
1 container frozen raspberry lemonade concentrate, thawed or pink lemonade
1/2 cup good quality vodka
Juice from two limes
Garnish: lime slices and raspberries.
Adapted from Southern Living

Method
In a large container stir together the first 5 ingredients. Serve over ice.  Garnish with raspberries and sliced lime.

To make ahead, stir together lemonade concentrate, vodka and lime juice in a large container.    Stir in raspberries and beer just before serving. Garnish, if desired.  I multiplied this recipe by 6 and put it all in a big drink container with spout to serve 40 at a summer cocktail party.  Much more fun than a punch bowl!

One last tip:  use the smaller sized Mason jars, as these go down very easily.  Enjoy!
